The Eastern Apicultural Society of North America was established
in 1955 with the purpose of promoting honey bee culture, the
education of beekeepers, and excellence in bee research. Every
summer, EAS conducts its annual conference in one of its 22 member
States/Provinces. About 500 people, from around the world, attend
this conference every year.
You must be a member of EAS in order to participate in the Short Course, Conference, or other activities.
Dues may be paid with your conference or short course registration. Additional
membership information is available on this web site.
Information about the 2008 EAS Short Course and Conference will be posted here as
it becomes available. The conference will be held August 4-8, 2008 at
Murray State University,
Murray, Kentucky.

EAS 2008 Advance registration is closed. Only walk-in registration is available.
Download the registration form, print it, fill it out, and bring it with you to the conference.
NEWSFLASH!!! For EAS 2008 there are still a limited number of dorms and meals available.
If you'd like to still register please print out the registration form and contact by email,
phone or fax Kathy Summers, Vice Chairman and we can get you registered ahead of time. It will be
first come, first serve until such time as we have no more rooms available, or until the Friday
before the conference, August 1. Please contact Kathy by August 1 with your credit card #
